We get together once a week at the LCC Family Life Center on Wednesday from 10AM - 11:30AM (or whenever we decide to leave) and simply enjoy one another's company .   Typically, we have a short devotion or lesson at the end that's meant to encourage.  It's also a great opportunity for our kids to play together and run some energy off!

This ministry team plans events and ministry opportunities directed to specifically help women in their journey with Jesus, such as the weekly Mom's Unite, Mother's Day events, Women's study groups, etc.

This ministry team is always stitching together a way to help someone in need.  Whether they are sewing blankets for newborns, quilts for shut-ins, or creating medical supplies for missions they are always sewing and would love to have more ladies who love to sew join them!

The women's ministry occasionally coordinates a time to meet to put together freezer meals available to anyone in need in the community or church whether it be due to illness, a new baby, or financial need.  If you are wanting to participate in this ministry,  to donate food supplies, or know someone who has a need for meals contact Cami Ettleman.

The women's ministry and funeral meal ministry team creates meals for families who utilize the Logan Christian Church for funeral services.  Contact Edythe if you have questions regarding this area of service.

The Nest is filled with clothes and shoes of varying sizes just waiting to be worn by children of all sizes.  These clothes, new and used, have been donated by the generous people of Harrison County and are provided at no cost to children in foster care in Harrison County and surrounding communities. For further info or to schedule a time to pick up clothing please contact Helen Rogers below.

The Nest is also available for children who are not in foster care but are in a financially needy situation or have been affected by a disaster.
